Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for safety and hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than shipping damage or order errors.

1. Damaged or Defective Items The only exception to our "No Return" policy is if the item arrives damaged during transit.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us at lizhuo0318@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • We cannot accept returns on any opened or unopened supplement bottles once they have been delivered, as we cannot guarantee the integrity of the product for resale.

  • Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

3. Cancellations Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be canceled.
