Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

- Photos of the product (if applicable)
Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or shipped in error.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@bionmnlab.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
